ITL SAP Story got Published by IBM
While ITL gears up for spectacular growth, it was time to accelerate its operational processes further. For a faster access to information and to turn information into actionable insights; ITL decided to upgrade its SAP ERP to the SAP HANA in-memory database using the state of the art architecture of IBM Power Systems running on SUSE Linux operating system. The technical solution designing was carried out with a well-researched and studied technical design that took all the mission critical applications on to the virtualized environment of the IBM Power Machines.
The SAP ERP powered by SAP HANA on IBM Power Systems deployment feeds into a broader digital transformation being carried out at ITL. This voyage of digital transformation continued on with the adoption of SAP FIORI desktop and mobile applications; SAP Business Warehouse setting a new layer of information and insights; and the introduction of the Digital Dashboards giving insights of KPIs on dimensions that were considered impossible before.

ITL's participation in the Digital Transformation Session at US Consulate, Karachi
International Textile Limited was represented by Mr Zubair Waheed - CFO and Mr Faraz Ahmed Quddusi - Head of IT at an Event by VMware on Digital Transformation at the US Consulate General, Karachi on December 20th, 2017.
Mr Zubair Waheed was presented an Award of Recognition by VMware for the Digital Transformation Roadmap that ITL's C-Suite has taken forward. With this roadmap, International Textile Limited will be the among the very few manufacturing organisations and will be the First Textile Organisation that have adopted Virtual Desktop Infrastructure with a positive mindset towards digital transformation.

Establishment of the Business Practices Office - October 2015
International Textile Limited has established its Business Practice Office to protect the integrity and maintaining high ethical standards of the company. 4th Corporate Social Responsibility Award - 2015
International Textile has won the National Corporate Social Responsibility Award for 2015 in the ‘public health and safety’ category. It is the only textile company this year. Yunus Brothers won it in the previous year.
This is one of the most prestigious and well respected acknowledgments of corporate excellence in our country.
The President of Pakistan will preside over the awards distribution ceremony in Islamabad next month.

Aside from the textile business, the company is increasingly being recognized for its corporate leadership. Recently, International Textile had a representation at the International Entrepreneurship Congress, which included an eminent group of nationally well respected leaders, successful entrepreneurs, economists, bankers, students, regulators from Pakistan and overseas. Mr. Aamir Niazi, Chief Operating Officer of International Textile delivered the keynote address at this congress.

HR & OD Division has organized “Wellness and Healthy Lifestyle Day” at Unit 1 facility on November 6, 2012 from 10:00am to 5:00pm. This event is arranged in collaboration of AMAN Foundation which is a strong medical organization and has internationally established healthcare protocols. This event will significantly contribute to the company’s CSR initiative and will reinforce the Culture of Care throughout the organization.
Management Trainee Program - 2012
The Management Trainee Programme (MTP) is one of the many career paths offered at ITL. The next generation of business leaders are resourced and trained through this programme.
ITL’s MTP develops the next generation of business leaders with all-around management skills including problem-solving and ACTS behavioral competencies. This programs is of the most important investments that ITL has made in human resources.
ITL has recently conducted an assessment centre at IBA and received an overwhelming response, as students expressed keen interest in pursuing a career with ITL.
